Safety is a Planning Decision, Not a Poster
Most incidents are decided before anyone reaches site – in how the job was scoped, resourced and permitted.
That is where we put our focus. Every scope is risk-assessed before people or plant move. Method statements, job safety analyses (JSA) and lifting plans are written against the client's permit-to-work system and reviewed on site with the crew who will actually execute the work.
Supervisors have the explicit authority to stop the job, and so does every worker on it. Nothing about a project schedule outranks safety.
Site HSE Toolbox Talks & Field Risk Management
Before any work begins on site, our crews participate in mandatory Daily HSE Toolbox Talks. Every shift starts with a clear safety alignment on job hazards, environmental controls, PPE requirements, and permit-to-work compliance.
Daily Field Safety Protocol:
- Mandatory Pre-Shift Alignment: Shift briefing at designated field Rest Areas.
- Permit-to-Work Review: Dynamic risk assessment & TRA walkthrough.
- PPE & Gas Detector Verification: Inspection of hard hats, vests & monitors.
- Empowered Stop-Work Authority: Explicit right to halt unsafe work.

Risk Assessment Before Mobilisation
Before a single person or item of plant moves, the scope is assessed against site hazards. We produce method statements, job safety analyses and lifting plans aligned to your permit-to-work system.

Equipment Integrity
